It’s not uncommon for teams who win the Cup to have to then offload talent.

Move Bob on July 1 when he can be traded to half the league. Retain 4-5M and have 5-6m in space to sign Montour. re-sign Stolarz.........But can Knight and Stolarz handle the net together.........if not trade Knight to a rebuilding team.

Montour is 30 and will cash in elsewhere. FL pretty much set the bar with Forsling’s recent extension. Monty will get a higher offer elsewhere.
Sad but true that the same probably goes for Lomberg.
Gadjovich is already signed for a couple years and will fill Lombo’s spot.

OEL? Ekblad may be dealt, but if Montour is gone that would be 2 rhd lost from this season’s team.
