The guy who said this core cant get it done and so far it hasnt.

I love your observation of Mika the other day "These last 4 games are the first time in over a year where i see him in the dirty areas! Yay!!"

Wow, Imagine that, our first line 8.5m per center going into the dirty areas in over a year. WOW

You are even admitting he has been soft!! You moron.

Othman wasnt at all impressive in the beginning of the season, he will definitely need to show more before he gets a chance up here.

If theres a quality trade in place for him, maybe for a young top 4 LD, I wouldnt be opposed to it.

They need a bench and defense on the paint. Last three games have not been good

to jan, since quotes are broken (shocking):

i love tibs, but his bench management this year has been awful, more so than previous years.

It's ok to give kolek some burn after he plays 38 minutes earlier in the day for westchester, but god forbid the shampayne boys take a breather. especially shamet, he bascially had a snell game and anyone with eyes could see he was giving you nothing.

This one took me a few minutes to figure out what you were talking about. I don't understand a single thing you're referencing

They lack a bench, but he isn’t using what they current have on the bench as he should. Interior D is a mess

I don't care

I was reading it wondering if he was having a stroke or something and then I started to realize it may have been about basketball not hockey. I am very much not a basketball fan so that's why it went right over my head

Rangers (and Islanders) suck. My football team blows- there is nothing else! The Knicks have their best team since maybe Patrick Ewing. Getting on board early.

Love it!!
I want to see him hit 60 points by season's end. Fucking stupid decisions to keep these young, cost controlled guys floundering with 12 minutes a game and no PP time until they get fed up and move on.

I'll certainly passively root for a NY basketball team. And by that I mean that I'll say that I hope they win and never follow up on the outcome of their season until I hear it in the news

And they impatiently sign aging vets year after year thinking the outcome will be different. Hence why we are on a 30+ year Cup drought with no end in sight.

All teams sign aging vets for deadline deals, problem is the core of this team is weak.

I do wish the Rangers would develop their young talent better once they are with the big club. Seems like too often they do not want to provide their top end talent with real opportunity, just 3rd line minutes. Goes along with signing vets to fill top 6 positions.
If Drury offloads Krieder, Zib, etc, how he manages the next gen of talent will be the TRUE test to see if he actually has a plan.

Im talking about when they sent the letter out, instead of just going thru a true rebuild, getting youth and letting them develop, they signed FA's in CK20, Panarin and Trouba. So they wanted to retool instead of rebuild, really hasnt worked out.

Now we are finding out this core hasnt the heart to win in the playoffs, Dolan made money but we didnt win a Cup.

I dont think Drury will be around long enough to see the next generation of talent.

Yet you’re mad at Drury for trying to change things. Make up your mind!!

Because he subtracted without adding, He made a circus out of the Goodrow and Trouba situation, traded KK for peanuts and hasnt brought anyone in of significance to help this team. Instead of working thru back channels to get rid of the main culprit, Mika, he basically humiliated CK20 who we now find out has had back issues for a month now.

I would have rather had one more kick at the can with this group, having the best goalie in the league helps in the playoffs, who knows what could have happened

This is just terrible mismanagement to me.

He needs time. He added 3 guys subtracted 2 and got a huge amount of cap space to use at the TDL and wiggle room for next year. that’s a good GM🤷🏻‍♂️

Some you guys want it both ways and he can’t win no matter what he does

He’s thinking like you do fwiw. He sees this group can’t get it done and is rearranging the chairs to fix it. He had nothing to do with the “letter” yet he gets blamed for all of it

To me he wants to get younger faster and bigger which is what he needs to do, but this cannot happen overnight.

Seeing Kaliyev won’t play? Anyone see that?. Maybe they need to get him integrated with a couple practices first
