I’m surprised and pleased DB got a first for Laughton, but let’s face it they still stink. They still do not have a #1C or D. Their goaltending is below average. Odds are they won’t get a top 3 pick in the next draft. It’s hard to get excited about Danny being a good guy.

He is going down the Frost/Farabee path of falling out of favor. As some have said I also expect him to be dealt.

He hasn’t taken a step forward as the Flyers have taken all the offense out of his game. I believe they want him to be something he is not, therefore they view it as for lack of a better word a failure.

There is zero reason for him to be not playing. Based on what Friedman and someone else said I don’t think he wants to be here long term. Both said Flyers approached him for an ext and talks went nowhere.

People said the same about TK and Sanheim. If York wasnt liked, he wouldnt be getting top pair minutes either. Guy did everything buck suck Risto off during that one presser yet York still plays ahead of him. Why do you think that is?
