Tocchet needs to make some sort of an adjustment. There are guys on this team that can score goals, they simply aren't.

The team is full of lunch bucket type of players (without Hughes), they need some stars. They didn't play poorly last night, if Myers doesn't take so many stupid penalties it's closer, the Stars are just a better team.

If Boeser scores three more goals he'll become the 9th player in Canucks history to reach 200 goals. Gosh, what a storied history they have!!

They lack chemistry. They need a few proper playmakers and there is only Hughes and half of a Petey.

Right now it's just grinding out wins at 2-1 or 3-2.

Petey -3, 0 shots, 1 shot attempt. We have stars. They're just too soft and easy to contain, easily outworked. Play 1 good game then disappear for another 5. We need some players that know what playing for the cup means. Winners. The only guys in the room that have rings are the Coaching staff.

I havent seen enough out of this groupto waarant being buyers. Not surprised they didnt make moves, defiently need a shake up in the offseason.

Last night felt like a scheduled loss with a returning DeSmith. Our goalie exes always seem to get us.

That said, they're probably going to need what 12 or 13 wins to get in? I'm not sure they're going to get 12 or 13 more goals.

Well I read Jonathan Toews is working to come back for next season , free agent cup winning leadership .

I don't think it's terrible, but they are missing 1 or 2 high end guys, an issue which is pretty glaring right now.

Hughes doesn't have to play another game and he'll still wind up being our leading scorer.

I read it was Kokowhatami, a 1st and something else irrelevant for Boeser and a prospect. Apparently the 'prospect' was one the Canucks didn't want to part with.
