Interesting! I think an integral part of that situation is that, Marner actually said, “too many passengers”. Shortly after that a reported asked AM, if he agreed and, yes , too many passengers, AM agreed. . Bottom line, glad Mitch is gone! Bruce Bourdeau says that the Leafs are not a better team now! Perhaps! But we will still make the playoffs and therefore do no worse than when Marner was here, he gave us nothing extra. |

Marner shrunk in the playoffs because he couldn’t handle it mentally. Whether he ever gets that fixed who knows but when it came to elimination games he was a shell of himself. Hopefully someone rises above and I think that person is knies.
