I feel that Lyon will leave. Whilst he's done well, his body of work is relatively small so I'm not sure he'll get the money he may be looking for or think he deserves. I'll not be the least bit surprised to see Cossa on the big club come Game One next season with Augy coming to GR. Talbot signed for 2yrs, I think he's done after that, and we'll either trade or sign a filler G until Augy's ready for the big club..... 'Course I'd also NOT be surprised to see Talbot traded and Lyon re-signed, either. Regardless, I think Coss'a the guy, he's ready, and the changing of the guard will take place.
I read somewhere that DRW "could" have around $25m to play with going into UFA, but we have a couple of RFAs to deal with (not a significant amount of money going out to them). While I'd take a run at a big name (Marner's going to want the entire bank re-named after him.....), I'd almost......ALMOST take a run at Chychrun - he's still in his 20s, showed how he can play in WAS, and we have a need. THe issue is the D pool (GREAT movies, by the way!!!) is pretty thin. Shea Theodore is coming up but he spends more time injured that breathing anymore. Just not a whole lot there to get excited about. For me, Cozens should be the target. Todd Mac's turned this team around and people are noticing, may be the time to draw in some names. I don't think UFA is the best way to go, but there could be a target or 2 there........

If Chycrun were available I’d go guns blazing for him. Has expressed a desire to stay in D.C. but no talks yet. Tuomisto will likely get a shot, Wallinder as well but those are lower pairing players in all likelihood
