Thanks Trevor, great read.
Also glad to see Solo in for Bean. Last game I thought Backlund looked very slow. Would be nice if Huska switched out Zary and Sharagovich. I think someone could use a stint with 11&20. Next few games will define the Flames fate. I’m torn.

Cheers guys! Agreed with all three points. Hopefully the group rallies around Vladar and gets him a win!

At least they got him some practice time in. Going up against one of the top teams in the league and not having last change is going to be interesting.

Huge win! Matt Coronato with a laser beam shot to the top corner. Vladar played well, I always feel he puts himself out of position a few times as the game goes on, tonight it was a much better effort.

On another note, Flames have 4 prospects in the top 20 scoring in the OHL

We’ll see how the Canucks look tonight! The Kings haven’t lost since returning from the Four Nations break

Flames rocked last years draft. Could go down as their best ever.

So what do they do this year at the trade deadline?

Depends. Once we see how they fair through this road trip. Flames may be buyers or sellers. I’m torn, I’d like watching them win but at the same time I know it would be better if they didn’t. I guess we’ll have to wait til Saturday or Sunday to get a good read on where they stand.

Do nothing and play it out as is , the experience is invaluable and highly unlikely they win so stand pat and see what the pipeline brings in next years camp and go from there , be foolish to spend cash and picks in hopes of only winning one maybe 2 rounds

Probably the smartest thing to do.
