I was expecting 6-3 over the 9 games but not with an 0-2 start. Flames I thought would come out hard but the Kraken game was disappointing. 1 game at a time.

Not liking how we handle ops 2 man forecheck. A bad trend of late. Also Blackwood saves his best for us.

Play has been dying on Petey’s stick for awhile. Fights the puck & poor possession decisions. His line gets to follow Millers line who set the tone but any momentum goes away.

Was just going to post this. Way too perimeter and way too many dump and chip ins. They need to start getting their noses dirty again.

Seems like the team has lost all it's confidence that it once had, might be a bit mentally more fragile than people thought. Petey clearly isn't healthy and looks far too tentative out there, Soucy being out has really brought out the warts that he was helping to cover up in the D core. They should not be struggling this much against San Jose who are the worst team in the NHL by a large margin.

It’s Petey’s line & he hasn’t been doing it. Playing too slow & no sense of urgency. Need to change up his wingers.

Confidence is getting beaten by hungrier teams. Mentally fragile is a reach. Loss of Soucy has hurt but not the reason why this funk. The tempo has dropped off & Petey’s line has been most of the problem.

Far too many low to high point shots as well. They are very low percentage.

I'm not a fan of a forward coming to the Blueline between the blueliners and shooting from there. Get to the slot.

Feels like a lot of teams do that to Van just some sauce towards the net and let the chaos begin.

Goalies aren’t being tested. Scrambly play & not much desperation in some of the Canucks. After the Hughes/Hronek pair not much creativity or scoring chances.
