Yes its called JuJu.

Honestly, you guys can blame me for the loss. Against my better judgment I knowingly sat in the same bar stool I sat in for Game 1.

People being blamed for a loss by other posters on this thread is dumb. Not a shot at you. The only group of people that have any say or control on winning and losing is the Rangers. So if Brukie, me, or anybody else wants to vent about them: Let it fly big dogs.

I believe this goes 7 games. If New York can be consistent like the 1st in game 4, we can do it. If they let their foot off the gas, we won’t do it. Legacy time!

I saw a stat the rangers have never won a game 5 in the ECF?

Well hopefully there is a first time for that tonight lol

Exactly. These next 2 or 3 games are this group's legacy on the line.

Not sure they get a better shot at it than this.

I don't think their record in game 5s, in general, is too good.

As annoying as last game was, at the start of the season if you said we would have a best of 3 with two games on home ice to get to the finals we would take it 100/100 times.

Going to trust this group to do what they’ve done most of the season, and bounce back after a bad game. Let’s shock the world, Rangers in 6.

The record doesnt really matter, completely different teams that had lost that dates back 2 decades.

Once again its not the record, its how they got there. The only reason its tied is because to Igor. Watching this third round hasnt really inspired much confidence in this team.

Yeah, no poop! So pontificating on what this team can't, or won't do based on upon the past is silly as well.

I’m with you, but I was pretty sure Carolina was going to win game 6 and ultimately the series. They found a way. Going to see what this team is made of tonight.

Rangers just need some secondary scoring from their top player and line and all will be fine

It’s the playoffs. This is not supposed to be easy. Maybe not as difficult as we have seen, but these are the top four teams in the league playing. Each round should get progressively harder, which has been the case. The playoffs will cause you to question everything you belief. It will shake your faith in your team and the players you root for. You will wish that the pain ends and in the same heartbeat, ask for more as you can’t wait for the next game to start. It eats at your core. You will pace and panic, rejoice and retch, revel and revile, but you will come back for more because we are hockey fans. Either you believe or you don’t, irrespective of what is happening on the ice.

Yup..Win/lose this series Zibby, Kreider, and Panarin need to leave it all on the ice. I can accept a loss to Panthers. They are a great team, BUT can't stomach a lackluster performance by our top players again.

Aren't the Rangers typically the victim of these type of stats being broken. I.E., when a player hasn't scored in X amount of games, well we know they will score against the Rangers.

I was with friends at a Red Fang show so missed game 6. Kept checking the score all night.

Good news for Saturday is I'll be seeing The Reverend Horton Heat with the same group of friends so I'll once again miss the game.

You're welcome.

Shock the world? Rangers were my pick to represent the East when the playoffs started. Also, they were 1st overall in the league. So, them making the finals would be the opposite of shocking. Really though, right now with how they've been playing/being outplayed, they live and die by Shesterkin. He's a f'n stud and if he doesn't have an off night in the next couple of games then very likely you guys get through.

The dump and chase method doesn't work against Florida. We need puck possession and it seems only Laffy and Vinny have that ability right now. Rangers are there best when they are cycling around the high danger areas, need more of that in game 5.

And yet, we've been listed as the underdogs for 2 consecutive rounds now. And, entered the playoffs with something like the 5th best odds to win the Cup. So, his phrasing is not unwarranted.
