I'm wondering what the odds of Monty getting an extension are. Leach is essentially the ONLY choice as Monty's replacement should Monty get the axe. Sacco has only proven one thing in his tenure in the NHL, his style doesnt get it done.

I would agree with this even though Sacco has been moved "up" to associate coach so is the likely successor if they make a move and stay in house.

So I haven't seen any confirmation, but if all coaches stick to what they have been doing Leach will likely run the defense generally. He might even address the pk (not sure)

PP likely remains the same in Sacco's hands

No matter what happens in the off season I expect more of the same next year. Depending on sweeneys moves, I expect probably 2-3 finish in division or wild card and another early exit. Next year will be rinse and repeat

Probably. Last season was an overachievement.

Just hope they can acquire a 1C.

I assume the cap-space opens up with the bonuses out of the way...
