Raise number 91. |

An absolutely emphatic yes to Sergi in the rafters. Numbers are retired because the players that wore them were amongst the best to ever wear a teams jersey. You can’t argue that Federov was not one of the best ever to wear the red and white.
As for a trade for McGroarty, yes.
What would it cost?
Veleno and a second rounder?
Holl and next years first round pick?
Berggren & Holl? |

Absolutely YES to Federov getting his sweater raised to the rafters. One of the best ever to wear the winged wheel. His pure talent is so very rare to see. Man, that dude had some wheels and could skate... and he was money on a breakaway almost every time. People forget how good defensively he was. He was the epitome of a talented 2-way center and played a complete 200 ft. game. Had a lot of fun watching him play during his career. |

As a non Detroit fan looking in, seems to be a no brainer:
A Hart & Pearson trophy
2 Selkes
Point per game player in the playoffs
In the HoF
Surprised his number isn’t already in the rafters. |

Fedorov's should of been retired a while ago. In the HOF. Top 100 player of all time and so on. |

Thank you all for chiming in! There’s usually a bit of pushback but I love seeing the enthusiasm. |

They need to sell everything. The wings. The tigers. The pizza pizza. |

Really depends on who he’s willing to sign with but you’re probably right. |

Fedorov not having his number in the rafters is absurd.... really seems childish and vindictive...but by all means put a trash logo advertisement on the jersey...... |

I agree. He brought something so special to the ice. I used to try and do his Diamond tape job and I couldn’t. Everything was special. With Pav going to HOF it’d be nice to have Pav and Fed have a night. Those giveaways could be awesome |
