I’d be more pissed with the coverage in front of the Oilers net, Rasmus Andersson’s goal highlighted the breakdowns. Then Mantha collects on a rebound with no one covering him. Same goes for Kirkland’s goal, speaking of Costco that hit on former teammate Draisaitl was great. Not to mention Pospisil splattering McDavid in the corner only to have him retaliate with a cross check. No call on the play, as usual, league and its 2 tier reffing system.
What was Skinner thinking when Backlund tapped him on the ankles? He should focus on making a save rather than his acting career.
Maybe having 2 Skinners on the Oil is confusing the D, there has to be a reason they look so bad.
Do you think McDavids tantrum in the dressing room has got too much traction? Drove a wedge between the team? Are players waiting for him to actually start playing well?

Amazon bought the naming rights and named it Climate Pledge. Not the Kraken. It's actually a pretty cool Arena. The Kraken fans don't refer to it as Climate Pledge. They call it "The Deep".

That's about all I have today in the educate a dumb Dman department. Great fanbase down there. Highly recommend a visit.

I'll get there someday a Seattle trip is back on the plate but not high priority. Technically, they shouldn't even have an NHL team there but Gary has to have his expansion cash and water the league down. I just found it funny your comment about their 'excellent' fan base and 'values' they haven't even been in the league 5 years

Yeah something similar in the Nucks thread in years past. Old Ref and the 5-6 'Island Buddies' could say or do whatever they wanted with no bans except those against their bullsh!t narratives. Control Control Control lol. They PM'ed each other all through the back doors to set sh!t up lol. Not sure what's going on now but I think the Chancellor has granted someone emergency powers or something...

They are great Hockey fans. Anyone I talked to at the game I went to had been following the sport most of their lives. The people sitting next to me told me how they used to love coming up to Vancouver to watch the Red Wings play, before they got a team and became Kraken fans. Good friendly vibe at that rink.
