I’d like pulj eller doc back together. They had some good chemistry to start the year. Glass can sustain a 4th line that is much better than last years version. 2nd line.. well. Poo meet wall.

Dont be so hard on Bunting... thats the best piece the pens will have got out of the Guentzel trade.

Oh I like Bunting. I just know he isn't as good as he was on arriving here. Not would a top line with DOC continue to function at a high level indefinitely.

Bunting over the prospects we got? Yep, I'd probably agree. Brunicke as the pick might turn out better. (Or Howe if you figure the Pens just take Brunicke 2 spots later and he's available).

EDIT-my previous comment was kind of a veiled shot at those saying "See, we didn't need an expensive wing like Guentzel."

Whats the over/under that the line juggling clown that is Sully let's Sid & Geno roll for more than one period? It doesn't really matter though - this team is incapable of playing with any type of defensive structure. At this point, they pretty much have to score five to win. Just smile and wave, boys.

Bunting also wasn’t on Pp1. Which is dumb because Rust isn’t a PP guy. He should be back on the top unit now.

Not one player in the minors better than what's on the ice in pittsburgh?
If by playing the 2 headed monstrosity together is going to help these players it's reeking of desperation for sullivan. I've seen this trick many times before.

The easiest thing to do is fire sullivan already. Who cares what the players want.. If the players wanted to play for sullivan it wouldn't be a mess now. What's more important? Firing the coach or keeping the players happy? Bottom line you got to do what's best fot the team. Not the team to dictate who or what they want as coach. Any other GM or owner would pull the plug with sullivan a long time ago.

I’d think on pure Adrenalin some calls up would come up and play better. At the least the effort will be through the roof.

I know you are just trolling, but as much as I don't like Sullivan, player moves need to happen before bringing on a new coach.

Poulin is having a strong start in the AHL, but we need to get rid of roster players via trade before it makes sense calling anyone up.

Rumor out of Montreal is that they are looking for a top 4 RD and a gritty forward to go with the young group. Expect the Letang rumors to fire up again...

Letang and Bunting certainly fit the bill for Montreal. I dont want to trade Letang and I wont speculate on a return, but Montreal does have 2 -1sts, 2 -2nds, 3 -3rds & 2 -4ths... they dont need all of those and Dubas loves his 2nd round draft picks...

Montreal needs defensemen who can defend. Letang doesnt fit that description. He is just brutal in the D zone. Though never super strong defensively he has slowed down and is a turnover machine

Why do people on here insist I am trolling? I just call it like it is. You don't have to reply if you don't want to? PS It's just observation or opinion I have.

I finally read what trolling is? I'm not the troller at all. I just call it like I see it. I don't mean to piss anyone off? Maybe I take things personally with some people on here, which makes me not to have tough skin. I guess??

As per Yager, WHL points are close to meaningless. He had nearly the same points per game last year in the WHL and wasn't even considered a top prospect.

Because you frequently post things like "Everybody on here says X" when nobody on here actually ever said or thinks X.

We all know the team stinks, all predicted the team would stink, but we also try and (a) be realistic about what they could actually do to improve and (b) are just trying to enjoy the games and the last years of Sid and Geno.
