Is Hampus Lindholm's injury as serious or worse than Kevan Miller's a while back? If I recall, its a similar type of injury, and it cost Miller his career. Hoping that isnt the case for Lindholm, but it seems like it could be career threatening.

Please let's be realist and be sellers and hope for lottery pick.

Similar if not identical injury. The fact that they have shut him down doesn't sound good.

If PLD and Erik Karlsson can be moved. Swayman could. I think young teams ready to make a push next year would be interested. They would have suitors but I don't think they would do it.

Great adds this off season Sweeney. Zads is worthless as is Lindholm.

I knew the Bruins would tease us... getting out to a 3-0 lead then coughing up the tying goal with < 1 min left. And then letting in winning goal with < 1 min left in OT.

Well I hope if they go all in on selling that they bring Dipietro up and see what he can do. If he does well, trade Swayman while you can and get out from under that ridiculous contract which was Sweeney's own doing.

swaymans contract is not the problem. They have a crappy coach that couldnt manage the powerplay before he was promoted. they're down their top two D'man. they have no number one center. Sweeneys drafting has left the cupboard thin and the FA's hes brought in aren't as good as he thought they were.

Sure the GAA is more of a team thing. But SV% is mostly on Swayman.

He coughs up late goals regularly.
That's not the characteristic of a great goalie.
He's on par with Korpisalo. Let me say that again. KORPISALO.

No one is taking on 8M cap hit for a goalie posting sub-900 SV%.

Advanced goalie stats show Swayman is well below league average. Do I think he's as bad as that, no...but, I also don't think he's as good as he thinks he is and frankly, after everything involved with his contract, I just don't like him. 😁

He's not the worst goalie ever. But I have a hard time believing any team would be willing to take on his cap hit at this point in time.

If there is one positive from last nights game. I thought Parker Wotherspoon looked really good last night with a larger roll. He was all over the place.
