Crazy….glad to hear you are on the mend. Sounds like you were actually pretty lucky. A little tip that worked for me during a concussion episode…I was able to watch TV…(hockey)…low volume, dark room…and sitting far away….i started with doing it for short periods….obviously it’s different for everyone…just thought I’d mention it. |
