I think KD will do something similar to last year, trade for UFAs before they hit the market so he can start negotiating new contracts with them and try to sign then.

Here's KD talking about FA, i agree with him but i think many here might be very frustrated with next season.

Points don’t matter, Sanford is very vital to the team in other ways.

I would hope if KFC trades for a pending UFA he’ll know before he makes the trade that he will be able to sign them.

Chicago could have benefited from sending T. Johnson on, but overall allowing things to remain status quo is not going to hurt or change development of team.

I dont think Tyler Johnson was going to be moved considering he was a cap dump for Tampa anyway. Noone would want him.

I can't wait to see Chicago at the draft and free agency. Should be a player!

I don’t see the Hawks being in on any of them. Teams that want to win will pick them up. Hawks in FA will end up with the Anthony Duclair, Alex Weinberg, Thomas Tatar or whatever else third level free agents are out there. Especially if KFC will not offer any term.

Yes he's likely not in play for any of the top line FA's but maybe we can let it play out first?

After a real rough stretch Korchinski has really played well lately. Still hoping he can show some offense this season but I’ll take the big improvement in his defensive play.

No doubt, he has come a long way on the defensive side, can’t wait for some of the others to matriculate so they can work with Dean as well.
