They don't need a #1, they'll have 2 sooner than later.
They need an upgrade over Joker, preferably a RhD for balance.
And, a ~30yo on a 2 -3 year deal would be ideal especially if they daft a couple of Dmen for the pipeline.

I'd ask for 50% retention and minimal assets. It's an unnecessary risk.

Open to using Rosen as he's maybe our 4 or 5 best prospect, but I'm not sure I want to use him on Provorov. Personally I'd rather just use a 2nd on Connor Murphy. Maybe Sebastian Aho from the Islanders could be made available.
