Agreed on the signing Dunn thing. Like come on already.

As for the Hak extension not sure how I really feel about that. We did see the same deficiencies hurting the team in the system but we did win more. A lot of that HAS to be credit to RF for bringing in Shultz, Burakovsky, Jones, etc. The team was far more balanced and stronger.

Lets see how the team grows and does this season. Suspect it might be a slight step back, though if Gru snd D'Accord can hold the fort like through the playoffs suspect its going to be a good year.

Hey I would take it gladly if it happens but thinking lets just make the playoffs again. Going to have mostly the same team but will need the depth scoring we had once more, and we also are not going to be surprising teams a whole lot. Still not sure we have the overall defense depth there, and still gotta get Dunn in the mix and locked up. Up front think we have the horses there and Burakovsky being back should help insulate Benny from any sophmore slumps.

Yeah, that’s a fair deal and only 4 years. That should leave a little room to take advantage of a team that needs to shed salary at the start of the year too.

That’s with more than a full roster including 3 goalies. There’s a few mill that will shake loose by the time the roster is set.
