Zero accountability from the top down… this culture is ingrained in the fabric of this laughingstock franchise. I guess playing for Donnie isn’t working out too well. Opposing teams love playing the Sabres because they can treat them like the little bitxxes that they are

They need to change the Coach, but this Team can play, and play well when they feel like it. There's No on and Off switch, you need to bring it every game. And these players are very inconsistent with that. Yes some of that is on Coaching, but a lot of that is not knowing how or what it takes. That’s where your Leadership steps in and guides you. Sabres don't have anyone to do that.
