They have twice, but never 4. They've also avoided any long losing streaks. They just don't streak at all.

They have a streak alright, a streak in their underpants and a streak of coming up short every year. Who in their right mind thought they had a chance when they can't even win four games in a row consistently.
They need to tank or it makes it worse if they miss the playoffs by one point. Having such pee poor coaching is taking its toll on their mental health.
