I think he's not finished. Now he has his goalie to replace Wolf, I think it's a d or 2 still.

Flames basically did nothing at best and probably made the team worse if everyone they signed ends up on the roster. Almost all the teams who were awful got significantly better. Pretty decent shot at a really high pick next year.

Wonder if Pinto or Broberg would be good offer sheet targets, both in that 4.5 mill range(2nd rounder), Oilers are over the cap now & Ottawa are pretty thin.
