I don't mind the move. When Bertuzzi is healthy he's a decent player who brings some sandpaper and skill to the top 6.

Hopefully they are still looking to add another top 6/middle 6 fwd but if Hall and Bertuzzi can both stay healthy it should help them keep the puck in the opponents end a bit more.

Congratulations on winning the Cup! Ended up being a great series though I imagine you'd have preferred things hadn't got so interesting by going to 7 games.

If or when but if he can bring in another top 6 forward and a decent RHD, I think you can say this was a successful off season.

I agree Zach, maybe a center and a RHD, and they don’t both have to come through free agency either.

I think they will. So far he's added Mikheyev and likely Bertuzzi which makes the bottom 6 and top 6 better.

Looks like KFC is trying to make good on his statement that a repeat of last season isn't acceptable and it's time to take a step.

I think him moving on yesterday from all the tweeters on last year's roster is possibly more evidence of that.

Maybe they go after Marchessault or Teuvo?

Bertuzzi with Hall and Bedard seems like a pretty solid line. I don't believe they'd be pinned in their own end like last season when it was Bedard/Kurashe /revolving door

Reinhart 8 X 8.63 with Florida.
