I think the Panthers have an excellent chance of making the playoffs as long as they stay healthy. But after last night game in which the rookies got blown out, I didn't see any standout players. Which shows me only one thing, the Panthers have no depth. Spencer Knight with his apathic play proves he is not a starting, much less a backup goalie. They have a lot of fourth line goons, like AJ Geer and Lockwood, but the Panthers need a goal scorer, not a penalty maker. I liked the undersize Benning as he reminds me of a young Danny Boyle. Black at 6'8" has more potential than Knight. I'm not sold on Patrick Giles either. |
