Matt Ross: GAME 18

After watching both loses to the New Jersey Devils, I can say New Jersey is a very fast team. The Panthers couldn't keep up with them. What is more amazing is they didn't wear down either. They were fast as ever in the third period. Let's face it the Panther team is not built on speed. Barkov, Tkachuk and Reinhart are no speed demons. Their game is predicated on forechecking and backchecking, knocking their opponent off and making them turn over the puck. The problem with this against the Devils is by the time they got to their opponent to forecheck the puck was already in another Devil's possession. Maurice will have his hands full as teams are getting wise to the Panthers strategy.

Well, the Cats mauled the Jets! Good bounceback against an even "faster" team!!!😁

Glad they took at least one from the Jets because it was looking very much like we could lose 4 straight. Here's hoping they somehow come away with both wins

Promise of a W in Winterpeg after that rebound showing vs Devils. 'Markstorm' took that from them in the first two periods of Tuesdays game. Tuesday's game will be tough in the House of White.
