Gonna go on a little rant here, not at all hockey related. The NFL. There's been some good performances, sure, but they put Jay Z in charge of their half time shows and now all of a sudden it's a platform for African American artists only it seems. Now Jay Z is accused of rape but still holds the position, meanwhile the NFL has a history of suspending players based on accusations and not guilty verdicts. Why is this goof getting a free pass?Can anyone here even name 3 songs by Kendrick Lamar? Yet he's the superbowl halftime performer. Lil Wayne got snubbed when it's in his home town, but Jay Zs wife gets a halftime show cause she's from Texas where the game is being played. Interesting. A christmas day special yet not even a hint in the show that it was Christmas day... Instead of new fresh acts he's just bringing in his pals and family, as we've already seen both Beyonce and Lamar.previously in half time shows. He and Diddy will pay their way to innocence and we'll likely see Diddy at next year's superbowl.
