SJ desperately needs a solid RD AND a PP QB. Dougie would be a perfect fit + help get to the cap floor. His term is ideal too - just not sure what the assets would look like going each way.
Ultimately wouldn't mind Hamilton + Palat (SJ could use another vet winger) on SJ at full $ depending on what is attached.

Imagine if Fitz hadn’t traded a young, big, strong, fast center for a 30 something that had proven his cap was as a role player. Zacha on this team changes EVERYTHING.

I want Fitz to go after Maverick Bourque, He is young, rightshot center that is defensively responsible, and Dallas is up against the cap. Casey plus a pick might be interesting for Dallas, rather than the offer sheet compensation.
