Fitz should waste no time or big money on Marchand. He will not be worth what he costs. |

I’m all for it. Feel he’d give us scoring and some bite, while teaching the guys how to win |

Fire Fitz IMMEDIATELY! The guy can’t manage the cap, and has handed out some awful contracts. He has also made some horrible trades and to top it all off, he HAD TO HAVE Keefe. The coach that was fired from Toronto 24 hours prior. The players all said he was a “nice guy”, but it was well known he was too soft! We saw that as the season wore on. Lemaire would have lost his mind if he heard a coach praise his team after a no show, no effort game. That happened multiple times during the season, followed by an OFF day! There is a problem in that locker room and all signs point to Keefe. Fire him & Fitz and try to save this awesome core. |

Not a clue anbout the draft.
And Fitz has seemingly been quiet 2 days before free agency. Hoping he can clear out space by moving Palat. On the fence about moving Dougie. Feel this could be Fitz’s last stand. If it goes well, he’ll be around for awhile. But if not, the axe may fall |

First you need to put it into context, as in there was no Devil first round pick, therefore no flashy pick. Fitz and crew went Center crazy. There are some decent picks here, but after first round all are long shots.
50 Conrad Fondrk - He’s a steady two-way player, though, who can PK, is a good skater and has played center at a high level
63 Benjamin Kevan -a nice scoring winger with a great analytical profile; fast skater
90 Mason Moe -A dynamic off. player in every sense. Smarts, explosive speed, excels in tight areas, uses his size effectively. He enjoys creating crease chaos.
99 Trenten Bennett - 6'8" Golie
114 Gustav Hillström - best pick of the day in my opinion. is currently known as one of the most dependable, well-rounded forwards heading into the 2025 NHL Entry Draft
161 David Rozsíval - is a 6’0” left-shooting right wing from Czechia. He was the 22nd ranked European skater by NHL Central Scouting, so he slipped.
178 Sigge Holmgren - overager D man. Has injury history.

This team stinks - shvingter88
To be fair, only half the team, the coach and the GM stink. Other than that, we’re good 😊 |
