A bridge deal for Luke would leave enough room I think. Plus I’m not sure I’m ready to pay him big money yet after less than 1 year of good play. Worry about his bigger cap hit down the road when the cap is projected to go up significantly

Boeser is streaky and constantly injured. No thanks

Unless it's Marchand, I'd pass on the rest. Next year's free agent class is stacked (if they get there) rather have money for that. Palat would probably be more tradeable with only a year left on his contract also

Was kind of hoping Dawes could step up as back up and use the cap savings on improving depth up front

Can't imagine Allen signs for too much but we may have the oldest goalie pair in the league

This free agent class is garbage. Sign some depth UFA's, but stay away from spending big on anything this year, otherwise it will be another bad contract in the not so distant future.

The only splash they should try and make is via trade or if there's an opportunity via offer sheet.
