Biden authorized the largest release of oil from the SPR in history just to keep gas prices artificially down the last couple years. That lead to OPEC getting pissed and cutting production to keep oil at a stable level for all of their countries budgets. Trump can’t do anything to lower prices. Oil inventories are falling and are at the lowest levels in decades. US shale production is falling as reservoirs are becoming depleted. Oil isn’t coming down under any president unless something catastrophic happens.

Gas prices were increasing under Trump until the pandemic hit and the economy tanked. Bleach and horse paste prices spiked for a bit though. - Canada Cup
Compared to the price of oil, gas has been lower under Biden.
Biden does not control the price of oil. The US pumps now more than it ever has.
